Composer: Alan Taylor Title: Conversation III Instrumentation: Viola and piano Duration: 5 minutes Difficulty: Harder Live recording: Ensamble Rosario, Argentina, 2004 Conversation III was written for members of the the Ensamble Rosario of Argentina. Conversations I and II were, respectively, for clarinet quartet and for recorder and piano. The piece explores a dialogue between two contrasting musical ideas, and the two contrasting instruments.
