Music archive entry

The piece is written for Flute Quintet, and is approximately 4 minutes in length. It has neither been published nor previously performed. The piece started its existence some 20 years, and initially evolved into a study for piano. However, I was tempted by your call for pieces to arrange it for flute quintet, a combination which would lend greater diversity of texture and colour. The piece contrasts short lyrical phrases (flute) with rhythmical, dance-like sections for the entire ensemble over an ostinato bass.
