DEADLINE: OCTOBER 1st 2026

• Hear your piece played at a workshop, and receive feedback from the orchestra and conductor.
• Open to all composers able attend the workshop in London.
• Over half the pieces workshopped will be performed at our 2027 Annual Concert.
• The LCCO is an amateur orchestra of single wind and brass plus small string sections.

TIMETABLE:

October 1st. Deadline for receipt of scores and parts - maximum duration 5 minutes. Selection by LCCO if too many are received.

November 28th. Workshop performance and discussion of the pieces. Players vote to choose the pieces to perform in our 2027 concert.

Spring 2027. Further workshop. If we receive too many pieces for the November workshop, we may be able to workshop the remainder in the Spring.

Summer 2027. Concert, including the pieces chosen by the orchestra from the Autumn workshop.

Fee of £50 for taking part. This covers the cost of the workshop venue and any deps hired.
